We are Brian and Diane and we have been actively pursuing adoption as a way to build our family. We believe kids should be kids and enjoy all the security and laughter a happy home can bring them.  We want your child to be happy, and we know we can offer everything a child needs to grow up healthy, confident, safe and loved.  We can offer your child a home and a life where they can grow up feeling good about their childhood, pleased with their life and content about their adoption.

About Us
We married in 2004 and after trying to conceive, Diane got pregnant but miscarried.  We tried for another two years with no success.  During this process we realized exactly how much we wanted to become parents – regardless of how we receive this precious gift.  After many heart-to-heart discussions and a lot of research on open adoption, we have happily decided that we want to expand our family and share our love for each other through the adoption of a son or daughter.

Both of us have great jobs that fit well with our personalities.  Diane is a Director of Training and Brian is a Sales Manager.  The companies we work for have proven to be very flexible with our hours, and have a "family comes first" attitude toward their employees.  Currently this allows us the opportunity to enjoy each other and our hobbies that include travel, playing tennis, camping and biking.  Diane plans on taking an indefinite leave of absence from work when our baby comes home.  We have both worked hard all of our adult lives to arrive at a point that we are financially secure and able to provide a stable and loving environment in which to raise a child.

We have very loving families and get together with them often.  Our families have been very supportive of us and our desire to have children.  We’re both blessed to have parents who have been wonderful role models – both sets of parents have been married for more than 50 years!  They have taught us the meaning of what it is to be a family and give unconditional love to each other and their children.  Brian and I grew up with a deep commitment to God and our faith and will pass that on to our child.

We have 13 nieces and nephews and have spent so much time with kids that we have no doubts that we would be great parents.  We’re looking forward to introducing all of them to their new cousin when our baby comes home so they may all grow up together with a close bond.  Through our friends and family, we’ve witnessed both the joys and the challenges that come with being parents and we are ready to experience both first-hand. 

We live in a safe, family-oriented community in a beautiful home that was meant to have children in it!  Our big yard is perfect for flying a kite, rolling down a grassy hill and exploring wildlife in the woods – all things that we yearn to do with our child.  Most of all, we want to share our love for each other with a child through a unique parental bond, through the everyday activities of making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, reading bed time stories together, holding our child’s hand crossing the street and patching up scraped knees. 

We wish there was a way that you could look into our lives and hearts and know us better.  We cannot imagine how hard it must be to make an adoption plan with people you don't know well.  We can only promise that we will be the best parents we can be and although we might make mistakes along the way, we will love our child unconditionally forever.  Neither of us has ever been so dedicated and committed to anything in our lives like we are about being parents.
