Meet David & Kathy K .
|
 First of all, we want to thank you so much for considering us as adoptive parents for your baby. We know that you are facing one of the toughest decisions that you will have to make in your life. We are eager to welcome him or her into our family and please know you will always be honored and respected in our home.We are David and Kathy and we met through a mutual friend in 1999. Sparks flew right away and we have been happily married since 2003. Early in our marriage we knew that we wanted to have children but we were faced with disappointments of infertility. We really wanted to have children so that is when we decided that we wanted to pursue adoption. We were blessed in 2008 with the birth and adoption of our son Nathan. He is an absolute joy in our lives and we are looking forward to bringing another child into our home. David is 34 years old with an older brother. David likes to work on cars, swim, read books, and go for hikes. David is a hard working, generous, and kind person. His favorite things to do with Nathan are swimming, building with blocks and playing outside. David is a cable installer. Kathy is 35 years old with an older sister. Kathy likes to swim, ride bikes, play on the computer and read books. Kathy is a gentle, nurturing, and trustworthy person. Her favorite things to do with Nathan are reading books, playing chase and teaching him new things. Kathy is a part time product specialist and this way she has lots of time to spend with Nathan. Nathan is 16 months old. He is an active little boy and loves to be outside. He loves to play at the park, play with balls, color with crayons and look at books. He is a very loving child and gives lots of hugs to Mommy and Daddy. He is our little cuddle bug. He is very gentle with little babies and we know that he will make a great big brother. Together, we like to spend time with our families and friends. Both of our families live close to us, so we are very fortunate to see them all the time. We enjoy swimming, camping, reading, traveling, and playing together. Every year we go to Florida and this year was amazing since we got to watch Nathan see everything for the first time, he loves the pool and the beach. We are making new traditions together as a family and we look forward to continuing these traditions and making new ones with Nathan and our future child.
