We are Scott, Jenny, and Jack and we appreciate you taking a look at our family. We were married in 1994 and have certainly made the most or our life together. We knew before we were even married that we would have difficulty having children. After years of trying to conceive, we decided to turn to adoption to fulfill our dream to become parents. Our prayers were finally answered 2 years ago through the adoption of our beautiful son Jack.  Parenting has definitely changed our lives. It is challenging and worrisome but by far the best thing we have ever done. We always knew when we started our adoption journey that we wanted more than one child. We both grew up with siblings and want that same thing for Jack. We are truly looking forward to expanding our family and seeing what a great big brother he will be. 

We honestly cannot imagine though the struggle you are going through as you come to make your decision. We have nothing but the utmost respect for anyone who is contemplating making an adoption plan after seeing it firsthand. People that are unfamiliar with the adoption process or who have never had contact with a birthmom truly do not understand how courageous you are. We will forever be thankful and indebted to Jack’s birthmom for the sacrifice she made for him and made a promise to her that we would do our best to give him the best life we can.

It is difficult to put into one short letter why we feel we are worthy to parent someone’s birth child. We haven’t been parents for long, but have enjoyed every moment since Jack joined our family. We feel so blessed for the opportunity to finally be parents and are so looking forward to expanding our family.
